A $9.00 a month electric bill after our solar installation

Thanks for your time today discussing the banking needs for Salt River. As mentioned, here are my APS bills showing the results of the system I had installed. I misspoke earlier, my system is a 5,805k Sun Power system. Here is my testimonial:

My solar home began with a solar water heater installed by one of the divisions at Salt River Energy. I was so pleased with the results that I decided to add a PV system a couple months later. From my very first call, the folks at Salt River were great. They were very professional and honest. Their work is top notch and the city inspector that checked on my system even complimented their work to me.

I’ve been in the financial services industry for 15 years, so my decisions are often motivated by economics. To put it simply, installing a solar system on our home was a great financial decision. The panels and water heater are already paying for themselves. Our APS bills in April and May were $9 each. We even “banked” hundreds of surplus KWH to carry us into the summer months. My bills were so low that I literally called APS to ask if there was an error! I fully expect these panels to pay for themselves far before their useful life is even 50% used. When I recently read that APS wants to raise their rates again, I smiled knowing that Salt River has made me immune to those rate hikes. Thanks Salt River!

Our Professionalism

Thank you so much for sending your guys out this morning to look at my fan. Even though they didn’t find anything wrong, I feel much better knowing that I can eliminate that option from my suspect list. The guys were very nice and were right on time. I also wanted to thank you for explaining to me how the fan works and why I would want it running year round. I have been very impressed with your company from day one when we met Chris and continue to be impressed with your professionalism and willingness to follow up. Dear Mr. Dolecki,

I wanted to take moment and talk to you about some of your employees. I understand you are their supervisor and I wanted you to. know some good things about your immediate employees. Just yesterday, I had the radiant barrier installed in my home in Yuma and there were four men who cClme to do the work. The team was headed up by Brandon McMahan who works for you and your company.

First, I want to tell you that all of them perform in a tremendous way. They were professional friendly, efficient in all that they did and in my opinion did a superb job. I have always been a fan of the employees who actually do the work, and this crew made the day for me and my wife.

I’d also like to mention that Brandon was assisted by three others named: Shilo Spence, Eddie Espinoza a”,~ Eduardo Espinoza. They all knew what they were doing, did it well and as a manager of your company may I ask that you recognize them there work here.

We are likely several months away from actually having the solar panels installed, and maybe one month for the solar fan installation, but I’d like to have Brandon and his crew do what they are talented in doing on our home. You should be very proud of them and their attitude and friendliness towards the customer. I appreciate all of your employees that we have interfaced with and congratulate you on the fine job they are doing.

We wanted to let someone know how pleased we were with the Salt River Solar Installation Team who installed our solar panel project. John Harrison conducted himself in the most professional manner, he displayed patience and understanding regarding our questions and reflected a broad knowledge of the project system. Julio was the project lead along with John Harrison and one other installer (whose name I can’t remember) worked diligently with integrity and seriousness in the work they completed. We were very impressed with the pride they put into their work, Sherri and I felt that our project was the most important job they had and it showed! Through the years we have had a lot of experience with various installers working on jobs around the house, Julio Installation Team stand heads above all others we have had. Hi Jeff,

I just wanted to remark on how professional and courteous Joe was today. He was on time, and him and his team worked efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. Joe explained the process to me and what they were doing in a detailed and clear presentation. They were also helpful in pointing out areas of my roof that they felt needed work and even went the extra mile and caulked an exposed area for me.

I do not know who the tell GREAT. My air is running and my last two months SRP bills were $19.00 and $18.00. I am so glad it is working….Very good work installing a new air conditioner….
